Service Description

Includes personalised assessments and expert evidence based nutrition advice from a qualified Dietitian. Consultations are up to one hour in a convenient online video meeting. Face-to-face sessions are also available on request. Enhance your session and save, ask about our recommended packages and customised meal plans. For in-depth nutrition and dietary advice for medical conditions, please consider the medical care nutrition package instead. Please note: Face to face consultations incur a minimum travel supplement of £30 within Surrey Heath. For areas outside this, please contact the Dietitian. The venue for face to face consultations will be confirmed prior to your appointment. No additional charge for online consultations. Cancellations: Refunds (minus admin fees) are processed if a cancellation is request no less than 48 hours to your confirmed consultation date. If work has commenced, then part refunds are offered if cancellations are requested before 48 hours to the confirmed consultation date. Need further information?
