Service Description

Assessments done prior to appointment with Dietitian. Video meeting or face to face consultations are up to 60 minutes in duration, whichever suits you. Meal plans are also available! Please Note: Face to face consultations incur a minimum travel supplement of £30 within Surrey Heath.
