Choose a consultation that suits you, meet with the Dietitian either by: > Face to face meeting > Video meeting > Telephone call Includes: > nutritional assessments done prior to meeting > evidence based dietary advice up to 60 minutes > summary of care plan > easy to use personalised meal plan. If you would like recipes/nutrition composition information/ meal inspirations then please ask the Dietitian to upgrade your meal plan (additional fees apply) Your personalised meal plan will contain recommendations and ideas of meals, drinks & snacks. Enabling you to start your week without any hesitations or confusions on what to eat or what to do next. Please note: > Meal plans are emailed to you when completed ( after 3 -5 working days) >Face to face consultations incur a minimum travel supplement of £30 within Surrey Heath.
